Latest News“BE ON THE LINE AT TEN TO NINE”Scoil Mhuire starts at 8.50am:Junior and Senior Infants finish at 1.30pm and 2nd to 6th classes finish at 2.30pm. If you are delayed collecting your child, we would be obliged if you could inform the school in advance.Wet Days:We ask parents/guardians to be vigilant on wet mornings. We cannot provide dry clothes for children who get wet coming to school. If you have to walk in the rain it would be a good idea to pop an extra pair of shoes/socks and tracksuit bottoms in your child’s schoolbag.Green School:A friendly reminder that Scoil Mhuire participates in the Green School Programme. For our litter and waste reductions, we are aiming for Zero Waste in your child’s lunchbox. We would ask that your child should have a reusable bottle and lunchbox. Please use kitchen roll instead of tinfoil or plastic as it is more compostable and more sustainable. Your assistance in helping us achieve our Zero Waste target for lunchboxes is much appreciated.
Green Schools
A huge thank you to all who brought in a costume for our Halloween costume swap.
Lots of children went home happy with their new costumes.
